Currently, the website that is used is only compatible in IE. Since IE was deprecated in October 2020.

So, the current soution (as of 3/31/2022) is to use edge and enable Internet Explorer mode pages. You must specify which pages will be in this mode. To do this, enter the following:

Open Edge
Click on the three dots in the top right hand corner
Select settings in the drop down box
In the left hand column, select the option that states, "Default Browser"
In the new page, click Add in the "Internet Explorer mode pages"
This will prompt you to enter a url, copy and paste the URL into this text box.
