Call Ques
If a new hire/ or request is made for adding someone to a call group, follow the steps below.
- Add the individual to the call group
- In the admin portal go to Setup
- Select edit group (pencil icon)
- In manage group members, type in the extension or name of new group member (This assumes the extension has already been created)
- Click on Save Extension Group
- Then, we want members to be able to sign in and out of the call que
- in the admin portal, go to Tools
- Under PBX Features, go to Call Queues
- Edit the specified group (using the pencil icon)
- In the Queue members search box, search by name or extension our new group member
- After they have been added, select the name and change the lock icon to the door icon, so the member can sign in/out of the call que
Now celebrate because you did it! Wooo! 😁
