If a new hire/ or request is made for adding someone to a call group, follow the steps below.

  1. Add the individual to the call group
    1. In the admin portal go to  Setup   
    2. Select edit group (pencil icon) 
    3.  In manage group members, type in the extension or name of new group member (This assumes the extension has already been created)
    4. Click on Save Extension Group
  2. Then, we want members to be able to sign in and out of the call que
    1. in the admin portal, go to Tools
    2. Under PBX Features, go to Call Queues
    3. Edit the specified group (using the pencil icon)
    4. In the Queue members search box, search by name or extension our new group member
    5. After they have been added, select the name and change the lock icon to the door icon, so the member can sign in/out of the call que
