You have the normal options, Add, Change, Delete, etc..

 

There are 3 fields:

  1. ID Number – This will be the Sales Rep # that you are adding to
  2. Record Type – they are listed on the right, you can add a District, Sales Rep #, or Customer
  3. D/S/C Number – This is the district #, sales rep #, or customer # that you are adding to record 1

 

So If I want to add District 4 to sales rep 72 you would do option A, then field 1 is 72, field 2 is D, field 3 is 4. When you hit enter after that it will either say record added or record already exists
