jrun -> tdorder

tdorder is the main tool we use to look up/ edit customers orders.

There are a few different ways to lookup an order;

If you already have the order# you can type R to Review.

If you only have the stock# you can Find the order with F.

If you only have the customer# you can type it in without selecting anything.

To edit an order, Use Option A to Adjust the order. Below are the different codes for basic adjustments.

WE CANNOT CHANGE THE SHIP DATE AFTER THE ORDER WAS SUBMITTED.

jrun -> tdcrpk -> enter x3

tdcrpk is used when we need to cancel out the entirety of an order,

if there is a single item on an order and we just remove the line item, the order will be empty and could mess up routing.

jrun -> nffcrpk

nffcrpk is used to remove line items from ours and sister companies orders.
