Bulk deleting lines in the erieord

If the erieord file was ran with an A, and you need to bulk delete lines but don't want to hold the d.

here is how to do so:

Use Vi to get into the file
Once inside the editor, enter this: :set number
1. This will add the line number to the left of each line
Now find the last invoice number from the previous pull (search with /)
Once you have identified the row, use this to delete whatever range you are looking for
1. :(starting#),(ending#)d
2. notice the colon before the first number
3. notice the comma between the starting and ending line numbers
4. notice the ending of the line is the letter d
